FIELD: means providing river navigation, in particular, buoys for indication of the navigation route.
SUBSTANCE: the offered buoy has an above-water part in the form of a signal sign, two hydraulic turbines fastened on two sides of the electric generator of the microhydroelectric station and linked with it by a shaft, as well as a float catamaran. The catamaran is provided with a folding pitch stabilizer with a sliding keel, having the main balancing load. The lower half of the microhydroelectric station, used as an additional load of the sliding keel, is positioned, together with the generator and the signal light control device, in a water-protecting chamber serving as the plane housing of the microhydroelectric station. At the same time the given microhydroelectric station is a part of the pitch stabilizer and installed in the deck hatch of the catamaran. An open contraction is formed between the inner boards of the catamaran, the lower working sections of the hydraulic turbines are located in its construction. A mud-protective shield is formed by the stempost of the pitch stabilizer, having holes for fastening of the buoy rope, and connects the above-water part of the stabilizer to the front part of the float deck in the waterline. The catamaran floats are made with midship sections of their front and rear parts, giving the required difference of lifts for buoy pitch attitude stabilization in service. The sliding keel of the pitch stabilizer is made rotating and fixed in the working and repair positions. Provision is made for means facilitating the repair and service of the buoy.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the hydraulic power plant, reduced specific consumption of materials and mass of the buoy.
