FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: the short-range aviation aircraft has a passenger compartment, pilot's cabin, top wing, and two engines positioned above the fin leading edge, flaps, ailerons, elevators and rudder, and a landing gear. An overwing used for balancing of the flight mass is installed between the engine pods. The passenger seats are positioned without gangways between the longitudinal rows. The fuselage side boards from the level of the passenger seats to the ceiling panel are provided with hinged-down glazed frames used as a hatch and a passenger ramp and vision windows in flight.
EFFECT: more rationalized use of the passenger cabin; the fuselage inner area, enhanced passenger capacity by 25% and essentially improved commercial and aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft.
