FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly to aircraft transport, and can be used for passenger transportation as aerodrome-free VTOL aircraft. Structure comprises a fuselage, in the front part of which there is a pilot cabin, behind it a passenger cabin, wings with an upper location on the fuselage with rotary nacelles and reduction gears inside them and propellers with a variable pitch at the ends of the wings, rear wing with possibility of stabilizer function, transmission of synchronization of shafts of engines and propellers. Fuselage has elliptical cross-section, in which horizontal axis exceeds vertical at least three times; on the left side of the fuselage in the front part there is an entrance with a folding ladder for the crew and passengers; aircraft is equipped with two wings hinged on top of fuselage and having the possibility of turning from horizontal position to vertical position by means of hydraulic cylinders: first wing is arranged behind cockpit while second wing is arranged in tail section ahead of keel. In the middle part of the panel on the wings, on both sides of the fuselage, engines with a two-blade variable-pitch propeller are installed with possibility of rotation in opposite directions. Screw diameter is 5 % smaller than the wing panel length. Propeller blades are trapezoidal and made from composite materials.
EFFECT: increasing reliability when implementing the possibility of aerodrome-free based passenger aircraft, which can take off both from a hard-surface site with a shortened distance, and vertically from an unprepared ground site.
