FIELD: polymeric materials production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production and reprocessing of polymeric materials, particularly, to rewinding of polyethylene film from one roll to roll of required length of material. Proposed unwinder contains bedframe on which roll holder is installed, drive shaft with at least two drive friction belts and tension rollers, winding drum, drive connected with driven shaft and winding drum, empty spool magazine, roll material cross cutter, pneumatic main line and mechanism to feed empty spool and remove ready roll made in form of crankshaft installed on bearings on bedframe on which two relatively opposite-orientated cranks are fitted, each provided with end face grip for spool, and drive crank is secured coupled with pneumatic drive. According to invention empty spool feed and ready roll removal mechanism is made in form of unit consisting of two relatively butt-joined through blind end face single-rod pneumatic cylinders. Piston rod of one of said cylinders is hinge-coupled with bedframe, and piston rod of other single-rod pneumatic cylinder is hinge-coupled with drive crank of crankshaft. Overpiston and underpiston spaces of each single-rod pneumatic cylinder of said unit are connected with pneumatic main line. Invention makes it possible to improved accuracy of positioning of empty spool feed and ready roll removal mechanism is position of cross cutting of wound-on roll material.

EFFECT: increased running accuracy of winding of roll material.
