FIELD: lubricating materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-lubricating antifriction composition that is used for making bearings and slipping supports exploited without lubricant or its limitation. The polymeric composition comprises the following ratio of components, wt.-%: plastic lubricant based on aviation oil after treatment with sulfuric acid № 158, 12-16; graphite, 6-10; lecithin, 1-2, and polyhexamethylene sebacate amide, the balance. Invention provides preparing antifriction composition with enhanced abrasion resistance that is able to passivate thermodestructive and corrosion processes occurring at interface material-metal during storage and exploitation of the friction unit.
