FIELD: binding agents, building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to binding agents for road coating and can be used in road-building and airdrome-building, in building roofing, waterproofing and hermetic seams. Invention provides the development of a binding agent for road coating comprising bitumen, rubber and a solvent-plasticizer and, additionally, elemental sulfur. As a solvent-plasticizer agent comprises rape seed oil or fraction of alpha-olefins-(C20-C26), as rubber agent comprises butadiene or isoprene rubber in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: bitumen, 65.0-97.3; butadiene or isoprene rubber, 0.5-7.0; rape seed oil or fraction of alpha-olefins-(C20-C26), 1.7-21.0, and elemental sulfur, 0.5-7.0. Invention provides preparing the homogenous binding agent, reducing temperature of process in its preparing, elevating values of stretching capacity and elasticity, low values of friability temperatures in all range of the binding composition in simultaneous retaining high values of other indices.
