FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, rotating distributors for blast furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: burden distributor has casing, rotating member provided with flange and fixed on drive shaft, ring, sealing bushing, and springy members. Sealing bushing is composed of inner and outer sealing bushings and is mounted in casing for displacement in vertical plane. Sealing bushings are equipped with annular beads on their lower surfaces, which are in contact with identical beads of stationary ring positioned on blast furnace dome. Ring has L-shaped gas and lubricant supplying channel. Springy members are arranged in equally spaced relation on upper surfaces of sealing bushings. Flange of rotating member is immovably connected to casing and through bottom box to drive shaft. Secondary sealing members are positioned between casing, sealing bushings, flange of rotating member and drive shaft.
EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and reduced time for repair works.
