FIELD: oil producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in well sucker-rod pumping units. According to invention, diameter of valve housing is greater than diameter of pump and it is installed eccentrically relative to pump for turning. Axis of valve space is arranged at angle to axis of pump, being in one plane with eccentricity formed between valve housing and pump. Pump together with valve housing are arranged on sliding support in contact with casing string for reciprocating. Suction valve is provided with control mechanism in form of weight installed on valve cage and connected with central rod installed in upper stop of suction calve ball for interacting with the latter. Other part of control mechanism is pusher installed on hinge joint, one end of pusher being installed for interaction with ball of suction valve through seat, and the other is hinge-connected with rod of double-acting hydraulic shock absorber connected with sliding support. Piston of double-acting hydraulic shock absorber is provided with straight and rebound throttling holes with closing plates spring-loaded relative to piston end faces. Such design provide reliable operation of valve at producing high-viscosity oil with high content of paraffin from inclined wells.

EFFECT: prevention of untimely wear of column on section of its contact with pump.
