AXIALLY ALIGNED TRANSMISSION WITH INTERMEDIATE LINKS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2241879 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: transmission has high-speed (1) and low-speed (2) shafts, unmovable central wheel (8), cam (9), and roller intermediate links (6) mounted in the race. High-speed shaft (1) is provided with eccentric (3). Eccentric (3) is mounted on rolling bearing (4). Cam (9) is shaped as an outer gearing rim. Intermediate links (6) engage the inner shaped central wheel (8), outer race of bearing (4), and outer rim of cam (9) secured to low-speed shaft (2), simultaneously. The number of teeth of the outer rim of cam (9) differs from the number of intermediate links (6).

EFFECT: reduced eccentricity and axial size of transmission.
