FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device has elastic balancing chamber filled with liquid. Chamber is made in form of sleeve put concentrically onto rotor. Sleeve is made of elastic large-porous material. Outer surface of sleeve is covered with thin layer of elastic water-proof material. Pores of material of sleeve are filled with liquid having viscosity changing from flowing condition to complete solidification. Sponge rubber is used elastic large-pored material of sleeve. Layer of elastic waterproof material is made of casing made of thin high-elastic rubber and put onto the sleeve.
EFFECT: simplified design; improved reliability of tests.
