FIELD: forest engineering, in particular, equipment for treatment of growing trees.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator has boom and telescopic handle carrying pivotal girder including interconnected torque links and hydraulic cylinder adapted for displacement of boom. Arm is fixed on opposite end of supporting section of telescopic handle and is pivotally connected through tie-rod to boom and through connecting link to platform of tree treatment machine. Movement of working tool in vertical plane is facilitated by positioning support pivot joints in vertical plane with respect to one another on platform of said machine.
EFFECT: improved maneuverability of manipulator for causing vertical displacement of working tool to treatment place.
