FIELD: metals forming by pressure.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with field of metal forming by pressure and may be used at pressing of powder-like thermoplastic materials, including explosive compositions. The installation contains a hydraulic press, a loading conveyor with positions of assembly of press molds, a pressing process, press molds aging under pressure and a press-mold unloading position. The position of pressing is combined with the position of the molds unloading. The conveyor is made reciprocating and has one transportation and three load-carrying trolleys, on the working ramps of which along the axis of the traffic some press molds are placed. The conveyor is supplied with two-positions mechanisms for an exchange of load-carrying trolleys on the positions of assembly and a aging of the press molds. In a zone of a position of pressing along the route of the conveyor traffic there are controlled stops, the number of which corresponds to the number of press molds on the cargo-carrying trolleys and a controlled stopper for an alternating fixation of the press molds. The indicated controlled stops in succession interact with the cargo-carrying trolleys. In result the invention allows to simplify the design and to lower the installation metal consumption and also to increase its productivity and safety of operation.
