FIELD: equipment for mechanical dehydration of younger bedding peat.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has channeled matrix, channeled charging unit, by-pass valve, stamp, drive, two detachable electrodes, and two terminals, each made in the form of metal rod covered with plastic casing and inserted into matrix side opening and screwed with its end into electrode. Apparatus is further provided with stop put onto matrix front end part. Matrix, charging unit and stamp have longitudinal square section. Four longitudinal slots are arranged in parallel opposed pairs on matrix channel corners in symmetry with respect to longitudinal axis of matrix. Charging unit is made in the form of pyramid with truncated apex.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumption.
