FIELD: lifting of liquids from depth.
SUBSTANCE: in proposed screw pump each sleeve arranged before screw-holder pair in direction of liquid flow contains two opposite threaded holes with hand of helix coinciding with direction of screw helix. Each sleeve arranged after screw-holder pair in direction of liquid flow contains two opposite threaded holes with hand of helix opposite to direction of screw helix. Pump is provided with screw radial vibration damper made in form of vertical housing with through longitudinal holes forming suction space of pump, and with radial holes with intersecting axes, each hole accommodates spring-loaded piston forming overpiston and underpiston spaces in radial hole, being constantly connected by through hole. Pistons interact with free shank of screw, thus creating elastic and nonelastic damping of screw radial vibrations. Invention provides improved serviceability of threaded joints, reduced wear of screw pair and prevention of its jamming.
EFFECT: provision of reliable and uninterrupted delivery of working liquid, reduced service expenses of pump, increased its service life and improved reliability.
