FIELD: power engineering; thermal deaeration of boiler water and heating system makeup water, deaeration of water used in chemical and other technologies.
SUBSTANCE: proposed deaerator unit has deaerated water storage tank, centrifugal-vortex deaerator, droplet deaerator, vented steam contact cooler, deaerated water inlet and outlet pipes, pipes for vented steam outlet from storage tank and centrifugal-vortex deaerator communicating with vented steam contact cooler through pipeline, cooling water pipeline communicating with vented steam contact cooler and through the latter, with centrifugal-vortex deaerator. Inserted in pipeline split joint connecting vented steam contact cooler to centrifugal-vortex deaerator is water-jet or steam-jet injector. Suction pipe of injector is connected to cooling water outlet pipe of vented steam contact cooler. Delivery pipe of injector is connected to centrifugal-vortex deaerator, and injector nozzle communicates with deaerated water pipeline or with steam line. This deaerator unit is characterized in that vented steam contact cooler and centrifugal-vortex deaerator can be installed at slightly different elevations.
EFFECT: facilitated installation, reduced number of connecting pipes.
