FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used for thermal deaeration of make-up water of thermal circuits with additional production of condensate for steam boilers from flash stream of soya deaerators. Proposed plant comprises deaerated water pipeline, accumulating tank accommodating moisture separation cyclone or shutters arranged ahead of flash steam discharge pipe, centrifugal-vortex deaerator, drip-type deaerator immersed into above-water space of accumulating tank, surface flash steam condenser-cooler connected with deaerated water discharge branch pipe and furnished with flash steam feed branch pipe and non-condensed gas discharge branch pipe and condensate discharge branch pipe. Flash steam feed branch pipe communicates via pipelines with accumulating tank and flash steam discharge branch pipe of centrifugal-vortex deaerator, while non-condensed gas branch pipe is communicated with atmosphere or ejector suction branch pipe. Deaerated water pipeline splitting accommodates deaerated water heater, right behind flash steam condenser-cooler and ahead of centrifugal-vortex deaerator, to heat water to temperature exceeding that of saturation in deaerator accumulating tank.
EFFECT: high quality of deaeration, dual-purpose device to deaerate make-up water and produce condensate of steam boilers.
