FIELD: solid fuel combustion facilities for boiler units.

SUBSTANCE: proposed frame-mounted furnace has hopper with feeder, blast zones, fire grate, stirring plate, and drive connected through carriage to hopper feeder and through control rod to stirring plate simultaneously by means of tubes, the latter being secured on one end to carriage and on other, to stirring plate; drive is provided with roller chain disposed beyond combustion unit in front of fire grate; guide carriage is made in the form of monorail; hopper is mounted on frame posts. Fire grate is provided in addition with afterburning grate. Furnace also has air duct and live blast header with nozzles; blast zones communicate with air duct and are hermetically isolated from each other. Frame is assembled of two parts.

EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of furnace.
