FIELD: self-rescuing equipment used in cases of emergency threatening health or life, in particular, in case of occurrence of fire, emergency situations and other extreme processes in home or industrial premises.

SUBSTANCE: rescue cabinet has casing made in the form of sleeve with opening arranged in lower part of casing and retainers positioned at inner and outer side of casing. Retainer arranged at inner side of casing is made in the form of immovable restricting plank and retainer arranged at outer side of casing is made in the form of flexible plate secured with its one end on casing, while other movable end of flexible plate is positioned for overlapping opening outlines. Flexible plate is curved so as to define wedge-shaped cavity with case, where roller is accommodated. Roller is equipped with tie-rod. Shelves are made in the form of carcass-set of shelves. Carcass may be moved in vertical plane and fixed in two extreme upper and lower positions. Carcass-set of shelves is provided with stop arranged in its upper part and provided with shock-absorber made in the form of rubber layer and safety plates arranged in lower part of shelves.

EFFECT: convenient storage, convenient access and provision for immediate usage in extreme situations and storage of wide range of medicinal means, safety, rescue and evacuation means, simplified construction of rescue cabinet.
