SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with percutaneous therapeutic system as a matrix or reservoir containing, at least, one active medicinal substance of either the main or neutral reaction; adhesive polymer gluing at pressing, the part of its polymeric chain consists of elements of acrylic or methacrylic acids, carboxylic groups to the portion of which there are 0.5-10 weight% against average weight of polymer, and carboxylic groups present in stoichiometric form at the quantity of 5-100%, predominantly, 10-50% as the salts of alkaline or alkaline-earth metals. In the system there are also water-binding additives that decrease sensitivity to moisture. The system enables to increase the capacity of adhesive substances based upon the ether of polyacrylic acid to absorb water and, also, their moisture resistance, as a whole.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
