FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: unit of hatch 1 for fuel tank neck 2 in body fender 3 includes bowl-shaped frame 4 of hatch 1 connected to body fender 3, cap 5 of hatch 1 connected by hinge 6 with frame 4 of hatch 1. Frame 4 of hatch 1 is made in form of integral stamping consisting of main part 7 and additional part 8 provided with hole 9 for fuel tank neck 2 and connected with bottom wall 10 of main part 7. Frame 4 is connected to fender 3 by side wall 11 which is connected with flanging 12 of finder 3, partially covering inner area 13 of frame 4 by its part 14, with section 15 of flanging 12 of which side wall 11 of frame 4 is not connected. Edge flange 16 is made from edge of side wall 11 of part 7 of frame 4. Flange 16 is made closed over its contour, and stamped out groove 17 is made on said flange. With frame 4 connected to fender 3, flange 16 of wall 11 of its part 7 is in contact with inner surface 18 of fender 3, and sealing strip 20 is fitted between entire inner surface 19 of groove 17 of flange 16 and inner surface 18 of fender 3. Fixed link 22 of hinge 6 is secured to bottom wall 10 of main part 7 of frame 4 under part 14 of fender 3. Link 22 is connected by axle 25 with movable link 24 of arc-shape rigidly connected with stamped cap 5 of hatch. Central longitudinal cutout 26 is made to receive flat spring 27 in movable link 24 of hinge 6. Said spring 27 is connected by ends to links 22, 24 of hinge 6 for arrangement of its middle part 28 in central longitudinal cutout 26 of movable link 24 when cap 5of hatch 1 is fully opened.
EFFECT: simplified design of hatch unit, improved manufacturability and prevention of penetration of fuel fumes into automobile body.
