FIELD: railway transport; test facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for evaluation of conduction of railway track and it can be used in hydraulic drive of railway track tester. Proposed hydraulic drive contains supply source, pressure transmitter and at least two double-acting hydraulic cylinders on rods of which cylindrical wheels are fitted to interact with track rails. Rod and piston spaces of hydraulic cylinders are interconnected by means of main lines, each communicating with supply source through corresponding distributor by means of other line. Drive is furnished with two pneumohydraulic accumulators. First pneumhydraulic accumulator is installed in main line communicating supply source through first two-position electromagnetically-operated distributor in one of its positions, and through other two-position electromagnetically-operated distributor in one of its positions through series-mounted check and reducing valves it communicates with main line connecting piston spaces of hydraulic cylinders. Pressure transmitter and second pneumohydraulic accumulator are installed said main line. Said two-position electromagnetically-operated distributors communicate with tank through other main lines. Main line connecting piston spaces of hydraulic cylinders communicates with tank through safety valve. Hydraulic drive is furnished with two-position hydraulically operated distributing spool, and main lines connecting rod and piston spaces of hydraulic cylinders communicate through said two-position hydraulically operated distributing spool in one of its positions. Control space of distributing spool communicates through additional main line and second two-position electromagnetically-operated distributor in one of its positions with supply source.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption in hydraulic drive at testing.
