SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive comprises hydraulic cylinder of rotation, facility for compensation of variable load at stem of hydraulic rotation cylinder depending on angle of rotary lifting platform turn and pump set with tank including hydraulic pump. Pump set via the first three-way hydraulic distributor with electromagnet control, discharge and drain manifolds is hydraulically connected to stem and piston cavities of hydraulic rotation cylinder. Facility for compensation of variable load at stem of hydraulic rotation cylinder includes pressure controller with check valve, which is adjusted by actuation pressure depending on angle of mentioned platform turn. Hydraulic drive comprises the second three-way hydraulic distributor with electromagnet control, the first and second single-sided hydraulic locks, flow controller with check valve and impedance bond, which is connected kinematically to mentioned platform.
