DEVICE FOR CLEANING FISH PONDS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: fish farming; cleaning chutes and ponds at artificial growing of young fish.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has handle, mud receiver secured at end of handle, cleaning unit mounted in body of mud receiver, electric pump with suction and discharge hoses and switch. Handle is made in form of frame on which submersible electric pump with inlet and outlet hoses and electric drive with switch are rigidly secured; mud receiver is also articulated to said frame; mud receiver has hollow housing with two half-covers in its bottom portion; these half-covers form mud receiving slit; branch pipe connected with suction hose of electric pump is mounted in upper portion. Cleaning unit includes brush made in form of roll and located in mud receiving slit horizontally relative to bottom. Axle of brush is rotatably connected with mud receiver housing by means of kinematics with four wheels whose axles are rigidly mounted in mud receiver housing.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and safety in operation; simplified construction; extended functional capabilities.
