FIELD: building, particularly producing suspended light-weight three-layer wall panels, covering and floor panels for erecting civil and industrial buildings and structures, for constructing fire-proof walls, ceiling structures and lift wells.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing panels including intermediate heat insulation layer involves successive laying lower barrier layer made of concrete mixture, inner heat insulation layer made of raw mixture for heat-insulated member production and upper barrier layer made of concrete mixture in mold; connecting lower and upper barrier layers by metal tie members. Raw material mixture includes silica sand, silicon fluoride sodium and bis(alkylpolyoxyethylene)phosphate [CnH2n+1O(C2H4O)m]-POH, where n = 8 - 10, m = 6 taken in amount of 1/10 - 1/50 parts. Above components of raw material mixture are grinded for 6 - 10 hours, then liquid sodium glass is added and above components are mixed for the second time. Added in above mixture is preliminary produced aqueous foam-generating agent solution, which is neutralized product of sulfuric acid tar and bis(alkylpolyoxyethylene)phosphate remains treatment. The obtained mixture is repeatedly mixed within 6 - 12 min. Components of raw material mixture are taken in the following amounts: silica sand is 47 - 49% by weight, liquid sodium glass with 1.38 - 1.45 g/cm3 density and module of 2.6-3.0 - 27-28.48% by weight, silicon fluoride sodium - 4.7-4.8% by weight, foam generating agent - 1.2-1.22% by weight, remainder is water.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical material properties, possibility to obtain fire-proof building units without smoke emission into room due to provision of intermediate flame-impermeable heat insulation ecologically friendly chemically stable and acid-proof material, improved material solidity due to increased adhesion properties of heat-insulation layer.
