FIELD: construction engineering; warmth-keeping and sound insulation of different structures.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of raw material mixture by joint grinding of quartz sand and sodium fluosilicate, mixing with water glass, aqueous solution of foaming agent solution prepared beforehand and pouring mixture thus obtained between outer and inner layers of structure; joint grinding of quartz sand and sodium fluosilicate is performed at ratio of 9-10 : 1 parts by weight, respectively for 5-6 h for obtaining product at specific surface of 1700-2500 cm2/g; water glass is being mixed with aqueous solution of foaming agent prepared beforehand for 5-7 minutes at ratio of foaming agent to water of 1:50 parts by weight and ratio of aqueous solution to water glass of 1:1.5 parts by weight for obtaining catalytic system. Then product of grinding is mixed with catalytic system at ratio of 1.1-1.2 : 1 parts by weight, thus obtaining raw material mixture immediately before pouring it.
EFFECT: low cost of material; enhanced fluidity of mixture; facilitated procedure of manufacture.
