FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: key has opening rotary rotor with clamps for pipes, body with opening sides., sides have locking mechanism, consisting of tooth, fixedly mounted on one side, and latch, having springs, mounted on rotation axis on other side. Locking surface of tooth is made in form of convex surface with constant curvature radius. Locking surface of latch is made in form of two planes intersecting at blunt angle. Second locking surface of latch is made at distance from rotation axis of latch, equal to radius of curvature of locking surface of tooth. First locking hollow of latch is made at larger distance. Latch rotation axis is mounted on side with displacement relatively to center of curvature of locking surface of tooth. Axis is made in form of eccentric shaft, axis on one side of which, mounted in side, is displaced relatively to other side, on which latch is placed. Dimensions of mutual position of tooth and latch are selected in such a way, that in closed position latch touches locking mechanism tooth along both locking surfaces of latch, and in each point of contact of latch and tooth following relation is true: tgα<k2, where α - angle between normal line to locking surface of tooth and line, connecting rotation center of latch to contact point of locking surfaces of latch and tooth, k2 - friction coefficient for latch against locking surface of tooth.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
