FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in mechanical drives of metering devices operating in oil and gas producing, chemical and food industries and in different branches of mechanical engineering. Proposed mechanical drive contains bed with fitted-on housing accommodating worm drive including worm wheel and piston installed for reciprocating. End face slot is made of worm wheel in which eccentric is fitted by its end face projection with one of heads of connecting rod, thrusting against end face of hinge-joint, and installed for rotation together with eccentric. Other head of connecting rod is hinge-connected with piston by axle. Axes of connected rod heads are parallel to axis of worm wheel. Eccentric is provided with inclined hole symmetrical relative to axis of end face projection in which inclined cylinder is installed for movement along axis of inclined hole. Slider is provided with threaded holes. Rotating axle is aligned with geometric axis of worm wheel one end of which is fixed on worm wheel, and other end is hinge-mounted in housing with cover. Drive is furnished with bushing secured on one of end faces of inclined cylinder for its hinge connection with slider. Piston stroke control mechanism includes shaft-gear and screw-gears hinge-mounted inside housing, toothed rims of which are made for interaction. Flywheel or shaft of other operating mechanism is stationary connected with shaft-gear. External threads of screw-gears are turned into threaded holes of slider for rotation in said holes. Bushing with inclined cylinder can rotate and move translationally relative to rotating axle. Disk is stationarily connected with eccentric for displacement together with eccentric.

EFFECT: improved reliability of drive, increased strength of connection of slider and inclined cylinder.
