FIELD: measuring engineering.

SUBSTANCE: batcher comprises tank, discharging pipe with cock secured to the bottom of the tank, and adjusting coupling with drain ports mounted for movement along the thread of the discharging pipe. The batcher is provided with a lid mounted on the tank. The discharging ports in the adjusting coupling are made for permitting movement from a given level of liquid to the tank bottom. The adjusting coupling is provided with a scale. The cock of the discharging pipe is made of a housing and plug mounted inside the housing. The plug is mounted for rotation and has two uncrossed openings for alternative opening of the pipeline for supplying liquid to the tank and pipeline for delivery liquid to a consumer.
