FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: air pipe 6 and outlet end of siphon 4 are mounted in pressure tight tank 1. Double-arm lever is mounted on support 11 on the cover of batching tank 1. By changing detachable weights and position of vertical control screw 12, pressing of cutting member 10 is changed. The cutting member is mounted on one of the arms 9 of the lever and positioned above the opening provided in the cover of the batching tank. The volume of the batching tank changes by connecting an additional tank through cocks 7,20,22. Depending on magnitude of given batch, position of pipe 6 also changes. Fluid is fed to the batching tank through supplying pipe line 2 and, if it is required, to the additional tank. Air is fed through pipe 6 and, depending on adjustment of the cutting member 10, through a valve. After filling the top part of the siphon 4 the batch is drained to a consumer.
