FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect the content of thiol (-SH) and disulfide (-SS-) groups in tested blood substrate and their thiol-disulfide (TDR) ratio. As a tested substrate one should apply simultaneously whole blood and cellular blood concentrate. TDR should be detected in whole blood and in cellular blood concentrate many times for not less than 24 h cultivation at 30-180-min-long interval. Graphs should be plotted for dependence of TDR values against cultivation terms. The level of inspecific body resistance should be detected according to the ratio of area under the graph of dependence "TDR - cultivation time' in whole blood to area under the graph of the same dependence in cellular blood concentration.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
