SUBSTANCE: proposed holding clamp has fastening base for local connection to any longitudinal wall of duct, for instance to inner partition of this base, and holding board hinged to fastening base that transfers from its wait position in which this board provides access to lower inner space of base to its operating position in which this board at least partially closes inner space and in essence moves crosswise to the latter. Novelty is that holding clamp has tripping interlocking facilities irrespective of any member or component of base or duct which hold board in its operating position.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of holding board fixation in operating position using simple means.
