SUBSTANCE: proposed device has closing panel 20 designed to cover open end of duct base 10 and fastening means 27, 27A on this open end, as well as masking strap 30 designed to close open space between closing panel and end edge of duct base closing cover. Novelty is that device has flexible lever 40 disposed between inner surfaces 30A, 20A of masking strap and closing panel of device to provide for permanent mechanical coupling between these components.
EFFECT: ability of eliminating adverse impacts of protruding connection.
