SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of rectangular body open from longitudinal side and including pusher moving in longitudinal direction, and coil spring installed between pusher and body bottom. Dispensing device is arranged opposite to body bottom in head part of body. End of coil of coil spring from side of bottom gets into clamping clearance. To provide arranged opposite to body bottom in head part of body. End of coil of spring from side of bottom gets into clamping clearance. To provided reliable holding of coil spring in body width of clamping clearance is made greater than double diameter of spring wire and less than coil-to-coil distance, or integer multiple of coil-to-coil distance of unloaded coil spring. End of coil pointed to open longitudinal side of body gets into clamping clearance.
EFFECT: simple design, reliability in operation owing to rigid locking of spring.
