FIELD: transport engineering; filling stations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed filling station includes control and indicating unit with electronic readout device, intake valve, monoblock with pump-meter attached from below, coarse and fine fuel filters, gas separator and settler float chamber, and electromagnetic cutoff valve, indicator, pressure hose and dispensing cock. Pump-meter with electric drive has optoelectronic flow transmitter connected with electronic readout device. Feed pump is made in form of single-action roller0vane pump-meter providing delivery of fuel to consumer and metering out of amount of fuel with possibility of stopping of single and summary metering in indicating and information unit by interrupting electric connection between optoelectronic flow transmitter and readout device if dispensing cock is closed before shutting down of electric motor with pump-meter operating for bypassing. Pump-meter has rotor with fixed vanes installed in housing and two rollers-separators with gear synchronizer. Rollers-separators are provided with radial cavities for free passing of rotor vanes. Capacity of pump-meter is multiple of installed discreteness of metering. Piston-type bypass valve is installed in rear end face part of pump-meter and is furnished with regulated calibrating needle-type jet.
