Proposed column comprises fuel feed pipeline, 1^st solenoid valve, fuel fine filter, outlet branch pipe, hose, dispensing valve, pulse indicator, electronic calculator with indicator, column control board and computer. Besides, proposed column comprises conical service tank with pipeline for vapors and air passage, 2^nd solenoid valve, fuel flow rate reducing valve, turbine with rotor and vanes, temperature gage, density transducer, electronic unit, 1^st and 2^nd mechanical valves arranged parallel with 1^st and 2^nd solenoid valves.
