FIELD: armament, applicable in short-range rocket complexes.
SUBSTANCE: a tray, whose bottom is engageable with the rear end face of the sustainer stage, is installed in a cavity in the device between the engine and the sustainer stage. The tray wall faces the engine, is provided with a pin, with a primer cap and a powder charge positioned opposite it in the body spring-loaded on the side of the engine. The front section of the engine is provided with a barrel located inside the tray with formation of a gap between its outer surface and the inner surface of the tray. The body with the primer cap, powder charge and the firing spring are positioned inside the engine barrel and fixed in the compressed state of the firing spring by a ball lock. A bush, spring-loaded on the side of the sustainer stage, provided with a piston and lock on th side of the engine, is installed in the gap on the outer surface of barrel above the ball. The gas conduit connects the cavity between the piton and the engine bottom to the engine combustion chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced rate of separation of the sustainer stage from the booster engine.
