FIELD: alarms and signalization.

SUBSTANCE: method includes detecting of alerting, service or diagnostic event on vehicle or real estate object, message about it is then transformed into notification with binary code. Then a carrying frequency is randomly selected from given range, modulated and notification code is transferred to it. At station of centralized notification in real time scale notification type is determined, area of event location is determined and decision, adequate for event, is taken. When selecting carrying frequency, distribution close to even is used, and during modulation of carrying frequency by binary code transmitting of notification is provided for in given frequency range, having width Δf. When notification is received at centralized notification station, input frequency range is lowered to lower frequencies range, analog-digital conversion is performed and a set of quick Fourier transformations is determined. By means of said set portions of signal spectrum are selected, enveloping all given range of frequencies in case of displacement of middle points of portions in a set one relatively to another for range Δf₁≥Δf, while providing for given minimally allowed overlapping of frequencies at adjacent portions. After that spectrum portion with received information about notification is received, notification code is mounted and if it is different from set codes during given time interval Δt a set code is used for taking adequate decision.
