FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: each unit of guarding signalling contains targeted controller connected via first signal input-output with signal input-output of targeted controller hopping signal and via second signal input-output with signal input-output of targeted cellular mobile communication (CMC) modem, e.g. GSM modem. Guarding alarms outputs are connected to respective inputs of central control box connected with targeted controller. Data receipt and processing centre contains panel terminal connected via first signal input-output with signal input-output of centralized monitoring panel and via second signal input-output with signal input-output of central CMC modem, e.g. GSM modem being capable of alarm message receipt from targeted CMC modems. Centre has central hopping signal receiver output of which is connected to third input of panel terminal. In region of location of guarded objects repeater is placed for receiving of hopping signals of alarm messages from units of guarding signalling and transmission of messages via CMC as e.g. GSM messages and/or via hopping signal to centre. Targeted controller is made with message input to which second output of targeted CMC modem is connected and command output connected with control input of targeted transmitter-receiver.
