SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes unit for providing pliable supporting of weight and unit for applying efforts to weight in order to change its position. Unit for applying efforts operates separately from said unit for pliable supporting in order to apply disturbance force to weight. Pliable supporting unit takes off energy from weight or it supplies energy to weight due to motion imparted to weight by means of unit for applying disturbance forces. Apparatus also includes unit for varying pliability degree of pliable supporting unit during operation of apparatus acting together with unit for applying disturbance force or separately from it.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption, possibility for providing preset motion of apparatus.
