GRINDER Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for grinding of wood-working industry wastes and domestic wood wastes.

SUBSTANCE: grinder has casing incorporating drum, charging and discharge hatches. Longitudinal cross-pieces are located inside casing. Drum has two disks with cantilevered split axles. Disks are connected with one another by means of steel cables and positioned for rotation independently from one another in bearing supports. Pulley is put onto split axle of right-hand disk and connected by belt transmission with electric engine. Axial stroke of right-hand split axle is fixed by means of restricting device, with rotational motion being kept. Left-hand split axle is positioned, in conjunction with disk, for axial displacement along axis thereof. Axial stroke value is restricted by spring of adjustable rigidity for twisting of cables in helical line to define parabolic surface.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved fractional homogeneity and reduced power consumption.
