FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for grinding and processing of hard domestic and timber waste and may be used in municipal engineering and other industries. Rope grinder comprises hopper, two rollers, frame with roller drives, combs with knives. Two installed rollers rotate to one side with various relative speed, and rope sections are passed through shells of rollers along radial metal tubes, and their free flexible ends are arranged in alternating order with a possibility of impact, destructing and separating action at various fraction and clayey wastes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve efficiency of grinding process and its reliability in case of bulky and off-grade wastes ingress.
