FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains valve, outlet cock communicating with beer valve, reducing valve communicating with beer valve and bottle with compressed carbon dioxide communicating with reducing valve. Low pressure side of reducing valve is directly connected with gas channel in body of beer valve. Gas channel communicates with inner space of barrel. Reducing valve is of needle-type conical design its valve element is controlled by bellows installed in valve body and containing controlling gas mixture. Gas mixture is chosen to provide coincidence of ratio of pressure-temperature-carbon dioxide in beer in barrel at temperature within 5 and 30oC with curve of pressure-temperature-carbon dioxide content for beer with constant content R (weight %) of carbon dioxide within said temperature interval. R is from 0.43 to 0.62, weight %.
EFFECT: simple design of device, ease of mounting on beer tapping equipment.
