SUBSTANCE: said invention is intended for filling a sack with alcoholic beverage under pressure. A valve device having a valve housing with the first channel through it, and the first valve installed in the first channel, for the control of the beverage flow to and from the sack through the first channel. A pressure relief duct passes from the sack through the valve housing to a container. A rupture disc is installed in the valve housing, normally closing the pressure relief duct, made so that it can burst to allow gas relief from the sack through the relief duct to the container surrounding the sack when the sack pressure exceeds the set pressure level.
EFFECT: provision of design safety due to compensation of potential overpressure in container.
