FIELD: building, particularly erection of two- or three-story buildings including precast members.
SUBSTANCE: method involves vertically arranging vertical building members, for instance panels or panel assemblies, on adjusted base foundation to form structure unit; successively temporary securing and mounting flooring and filling members in bottom-up direction along the full structure unit height, wherein above temporary connection is non-rigid and the second building member is vertical member extending in plane inclined to plane of the first vertical member adjoining the second one; adjusting, final tightening and fixing all connections after installation of all building members. Tightening is initiated from pressing all building members to flooring with their use as formers or mandrels for accurate building assemblage.
EFFECT: reduced labor inputs.
