FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method presupposes basement floors decking, making external walls from building blocks with bearing and facing layer with installed in between discrete couplings in the form of glass-reinforced plastic or metallic reinforcement, insulator. Thereat discrete couplings in the form of composite of one-piece T-shaped rods are arranged in the masonwork of the bearing layer; then internal walls of reinforced concrete slabs are built-up at the level of installation of couplings, rods are joined to the embedded parts whereof, thereat at first, external wall of the building is built-up along the perimetre up to the one floor height, thereafter internal wall reinforced concrete slabs are assembled, then internal partition walls are assembled, thereafter seams in the joint connections of reinforced concrete slabs and internal partition walls with external walls are sealed with expended clay-concrete and/or concrete, and in the couplings of wall reinforced concrete slabs with internal partition walls and between each other with expended clay-concrete or concrete or with construction mortar. Building-up method is implemented by means of devices for check out and temporal fastening of wall reinforced concrete slabs and for assembly of internal partition walls of the building. Description of devices for check out and temporal fastening of wall slabs during assembly and of the device for the assembly of internal partition walls is provided.
