FIELD: electromechanical engineering; face-type synchronous machines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrical machine has wound stator and rotor in the form of disk mounted in antifriction bearings; stator is secured in one of two endshields of machine and has self-contained tooth layer potted in compound, distributed winding in the form of winding modules, and yoke wound of steel strip; mentioned endshield of machine has alignment collar for aligning laminations of winding modules; two alignment collars are provided on rotor disk surface facing the stator; permanent magnets and enclosed pole shoes in the form of strips whose sectional area reduces toward ends are inserted between these alignment collars.
EFFECT: enhanced power characteristics and reduced size of synchronous machine.
