FIELD: crushing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: crusher has crushing chamber with charging throat and hammer-type rotor. Crushing chamber is defined by deck and baffle-type grids. Settling chambers arranged rearward of baffle-type grids are divided by cylindrical partitions. Air intake windows are arranged in central part of rotor outer disks circumferentially thereof. Blades are positioned in windows at both sides of disk. Blades arranged at inner side of disk have length exceeding length of air intake windows and are disposed at front edges, and blades arranged at outer side of disks are extending lengthwise of air intake windows in the vicinity of rear edges. Baffle-type grids are equipped with outer and inner annular rows of flaps bent in opposite directions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and intensified crushing process.
