FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material grinding devices to be used in preparation of fodder, mainly, grain and grain products. Hammer crusher comprises housing, loading neck, air discharge branch pipe with filter, unloading branch pipe, grinding chamber accommodating rotor with hammers. Rotor is driven by motor. Grinding chamber is formed by sieve, loading neck and crusher housing. On the rotor disc cone is installed, which provides for uniform distribution of the ground material along the entire surface of the disc, and blades, made in the form of a triangular prism, wherein the larger bases of the prisms are turned towards the rotor rotation, and the total height of the separating surface of the sieves H is related to the height of the rotor h as H=(2...4) h.
EFFECT: crushing ensures prevention of overgrinding, as well as reduced specific power consumption.
