SUBSTANCE: method comprises manufacturing double-chamber tube provided with baffle in the tube head and preliminary manufactured tube housing and tube head, opening mould, dismounting mandrel, removing finished double-chamber tube, setting the baffle in the space of the auxiliary mandrel, manufacturing the blank by setting tube housing on the auxiliary mandrel, shaping material between the mandrel and die, and multiple additional shaping of the tube head accompanied with cooling before opening the mould. The device comprises die, mould mandrel, at least one auxiliary mandrel with space for receiving the baffle, charging and transmitting arrangements, and arrangement for removing the finished tube.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of manufacturing.
