A CENTRIFUGAL DEAERATOR Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2246446 C2

FIELD: production of devices of water thermal deaeration.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of the water thermal deaeration devices. The deaerator contains a cylindrical body, a swirler mounted on the inlet of the dearator, a vented steam pipe, beginning of which inside the body is a hollow body of rotation, the outer surface of which together with the inside surface of the cylindrical body forms a nozzle with a narrowing up to the minimum cross-section with a further expanding part. Straightening vanes are fixed longwise on the vented steam pipe. The technical result consists in prevention of entrainment of water through the vented steam pipe, and restoration of pressure of the deaerated water at outlet of the deaerator up to the value exceeding atmospheric pressure.

EFFECT: the invention ensures prevention of water entrainment through the vented steam pipe, restoration of the deaerated water pressure at the outlet of the deaerator up to the value exceeding atmospheric pressure.
